Terms & Conditions

FIT4MOM NORTH ATLANTA Holiday Hustle 2024

This contract is made between the client and FIT4MOM North Atlanta and is non-transferable and non-refundable. This membership allows you:

  • Twice weekly Body Boost workouts
  • Twice weekly Strides 360 workouts
  • Once weekly Body Ignite workout
  • Small group community & support

AUTHORIZATION FOR PAYMENT
I authorize FIT4MOM North Atlanta to initiate a charge to the account entered into Pike13 for my dues. This authorization is to remain effective until I have canceled my membership through the FIT4MOM North Atlanta administrator.

This is a pre-paid membership to be paid in full at the start of the 5 week session. This session does NOT include nutritional coaching. No refunds or credits given for unused visits. All unused visits expire at the end of the session.

I have the right to stop payment on an Electronic Funds Transfer debit by notifying my bank. This, however, does not void my contract with FIT4MOM North Atlanta to fulfill my payment commitment and I am obligated to pay. Members are responsible for updating their credit card information online. Members may not attend class who have unpaid balances. If a membership remains unpaid it will be canceled.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Client may cancel their membership at any time, however no refunds will be given for dues once it has been paid. This membership is not transferable to another person or anywhere outside the North Atlanta franchise.

HOLD POLICY
Credit may be given for an unused Body Boost/Body Well Session if extenuating circumstances can be shown such as injury or medical complication.

INITIAL 10-DAY CANCELLATION POLICY
You, the buyer, may cancel this agreement at any time prior to midnight of the tenth (10th) calendar day after you have signed this agreement. To cancel this agreement, written notice must be received by FIT4MOM North Atlanta administrator within the initial ten days. You are responsible for paying for the classes already attended and there will be an 8% charge for processing fees.

AGREEMENT
By purchasing this membership, you are agreeing to the terms of this contract. Terms of this agreement may change with proper advance written notice.
