Body Well® is about the journey, meeting you where you are & challenging you to grow.
This 8-week program Includes small group fitness coaching, nutritional guidance, recipes + meal planners, community-based workouts, and weekly challenges to help you manage stress and sleep better. Body Well will focus on improving your physical and mental well-being with a community of mamas to support you every step of the way.
What Does Body Well® Transformation Include?
1) Body Well Orientation, Before & After Fitness and Body Assessments, Live Q&A with Registered Dietician
We begin with a Body Well in-person Orientation with fitness assessments, reviewing and setting fitness and health goals, body measurements; and before and after photos at the conclusion of the 8 week session. We will have an opening virtual Q&A with our registered dietician to answer any questions you may have.
2) HIIT and Cross-Training Workouts 5 Times a Week
Each week you choose a minimum of classes from 3 options of Body Well HIIT classes (Monday and Wednesday live, virtual at home 5:30-6:30am, and Saturday at 7:00am). You also have the option to supplement with cross-training at our FIT4MOM classes: Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre, Strides 360, a high endurance interval training class, and/or Body Ignite, a strength training class, up to two times a week. Choose the days & times each week that work for you. You also have full access to all FIT4MOM North Atlanta's Live Virtual Classes.
3) Access and support from a registered dietician, Seasonal Digital Recipes & Nutrition Guidelines
Each participant will complete a weekly food journal to be reviewed weekly by a registered dietitian. A digital nutrition guide and a recipe book written and tested by real moms will be provided. No extra supplements to buy, just real food the whole family can eat. No elimination dieting.
4) A large database of past recorded Body Well workouts you can access anywhere, anytime
Each participant is provided access to our digital library of workouts, accessible at any time.
5) Individual Accountability Partners, Small Group Accountability and Coaching
Every week you receive a weekly challenge to keep you on track and held accountable. You'll be assigned an individual accountability partner and receive weekly check-ins from your Body Well Coaches and Registered Dietitian.
6) The magic of Body Well® is the FIT4MOM community
Access to an exclusive Body Well GroupMe for sharing and connecting. Share your fitness goals and participate in fun weekly challenges. This is not a bootcamp class with 50 people. This is a small group of women inspiring each other to real and sustainable transformation. You will also be a part of the larger FIT4MOM North Atlanta community, Our Village. This is your support network. The families you can do your life with. The moms who can help you find your Strength in Motherhood.
Winter 2025 Body Well begins Saturday, January 11, 2025 and runs through Saturday, March 8, 2025.
