FIT4BABY® is designed specifically for moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin Fit4Baby® at any point during pregnancy as the workouts are scientifically- based, purposeful and designed to accommodate your changing body. The 60-minute workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training and ends with a relaxing meditation; everything you need during this precious time!
Our Fall 2024 FIT4BABY 6-week session begins Sunday, October 27 and runs through Sunday, December 8, with no workout scheduled Sunday, November 24 due to the Thanksgiving holiday.

Once weekly in-person FIT4BABY workouts (Class will be held Sundays from 5:00 - 6:00pm at Tutu School Brookhaven).One additional FIT4MOM workout of your choosing per week (Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre, Strides 360, and/or Body Ignite)Access to guest speakers & specialists (examples include: lactation and feeding, prenatal physical therapy, pediatric physical therapy, pediatrics, maternal mental health, etc.).
